GENERAL:
- I retain all rights to the commissioned artworks, including the right to print, create merch and upload to galleries. Rights can be agreed upon for an additional fee (like a private commission).
- The process of creating your order may be published or broadcasted. If you prefer otherwise, simply let me know.
- You can create items with my illustrations for personal use, as well as resize or crop to create some graphic elements for use in a NON-commercial digital format (like an icon). But you can NOT make changes to the illustration itself.
- You may upload and share commissioned piece on other platforms and galleries, but only with proper credits.
- Without purchasing commercial rights, you are not permitted to profit from the commissioned artwork in any form, whether digital or physical.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reasonBy sending me money, you automatically agree to these terms. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with my terms and conditions.
PAYMENT:
- Payments must be made only through PayPal via invoices in USD.
- I I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Please do not send any payment until I have confirmed your commission/offer and requested payment with invoice.
- You can cancel the work if I have not yet started working on it with full refund. But after I started - NO REFUNDS, unless I can't finish the commission. Forcing a chargeback will result in a permanent ban.
- I reserve the right to cancel the job and refund your money (full amount) at any time, depending on the circumstances. Any cancellation circumstances will be clearly communicated.
